PRODUCT DELIVERY

Delivery times and costs (UK MAINLAND)

Delivery to UK mainland is £4.50. All orders placed before 2pm will be sent the same day and shipping is next working day via DPD. Please ensure you provide an email address or mobile number on your order form if you wish to receive delivery updates.

What if nobody is home when my delivery is due?

DPD will email/text you delivery updates, which will give you the option to re-arrange your delivery, collect from a depot or deliver to a neighbour/safe place. Please note items left in a safe place are entirely at your own risk.

Delivery times and costs (NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS)

Delivery to these parts of the UK is £4.50. All orders placed before 2pm will be sent the same day, shipping is next working day via Royal Mail. Please ensure you provide an email address or mobile number on your order form if you wish to receive delivery updates.

What if nobody is home when my delivery is due?

Royal Mail require a signature on delivery and will not leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you are not home your postman will leave a card instructing on how to collect or re-arrange your delivery.

Delivery times and costs (INTERNATIONAL)

All delivery costs are displayed at checkout before placing your order, please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that you incur.

International orders are dispatched within 1 working day via DPD or DHL and shipping times vary between 2-5 working days depending on country. Please ensure you provide an email address on your order form if you wish to receive delivery updates.

What if nobody is home when my delivery is due?

DHL require a signature on delivery and will not leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you are not home the courier will leave a card instructing on how to collect or re-arrange delivery your delivery.

Do you deliver to PO BOXES OR BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to PO BOXES or BFPO addresses, please provide an alternative address.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns. If your product is faulty/damaged in any way we are happy to send a replacement, just email us quoting your order details.

Cancellations & Amendments

If for any reason you change your mind please email us as soon as possible to cancel/amend your order, we will do our best to accommodate you however these changes cannot be guaranteed as we usually start packing your order as soon as we receive it.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
