Will the products make my teeth sensitive?

Our products have been formulated to avoid this and do not contain peroxide so, no sensitivity should be caused.

Can I use whilst pregnant?

We do not recommend using whilst pregnant, without consulting your GP first.

Will the products whiten my veneers/fillings/caps?

No. Our products are for use on natural teeth only.

How long will it take to see results?

Results are dependant on the current shade of your teeth, diet and lifestyle. Our home whitening kit can produce results in as little as 10 minutes. We recommend using products until you are satisfied with your teeth's new shade.

How often should I use the products?

We recommend introducing products into your daily routine 2-3 times per week for the Black Edition Range & every day for our Teeth Whitening Kit & Strips. 

What ingredients are used?

Each product's ingredients can be found on the outer packaging. If you wish to see a list before purchasing, please email our customer services team.

Can I use if I have braces?

We recommend waiting until the braces are removed, before using.

Is the black/white edition polish a substitute for toothpaste?

No! Please use alongside toothpaste. We recommend brushing with our polish, followed by toothpaste as this will help to remove any residue left behind.

Are the products cruelty free?

Yes, we are pleased to say that all products are cruelty free.

Are the products vegan friendly?

Yes, all products are suitable for vegans.

 Where shall I store the products?

We recommend storing all products in a cool, dry area.

 

Delivery times and costs (UK MAINLAND)

Standard delivery to UK mainland is £4.49. All standard delivery orders are shipped via Hermes and will take 3-5 working days to reach you. Please ensure you provide an email address or mobile number on your order form if you wish to receive delivery updates.

 Next working day delivery to UK mainland is £5.75. All orders placed before 3:30pm, will be dispatched on the same day and shipping is next working day via DPD. Please ensure you provide an email address or mobile number on your order form if you wish to receive delivery updates.

 What if nobody is home when my delivery is due?

 Hermes will email/text you on the day of delivery and all orders require a signature. If no-one is available to sign for your order, Hermes will leave a calling card. They will attempt delivery again two more times before returning back to us.

DPD will email/text you delivery updates, which will give you the option to re-arrange your delivery, collect from a depot or deliver to a neighbour/safe place. Please note items left in a safe place are entirely at your own risk.

Delivery to these parts of the UK is £9.00. All orders are sent on a standard service with Hermes and will take 3-5 working days to arrive. Please ensure you provide an email address or mobile number on your order form if you wish to receive delivery updates.

 What if nobody is home when my delivery is due?

Hermes require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, a calling card will be left and your delivery will be re-attempted two more times before being returned back to us.

All delivery costs are displayed at checkout before placing your order, please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that you incur.

 International orders are dispatched within 1 working day via DHL and shipping times vary between 1-3 working days depending on country. Please ensure you provide an email address on your order form if you wish to receive delivery updates.

 What if nobody is home when my delivery is due?

DHL require a signature on delivery and will not leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you are not home the courier will leave a card instructing on how to collect or re-arrange delivery your delivery.

 Do you deliver to PO BOXES OR BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to PO BOXES or BFPO addresses, please provide an alternative address.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.
