We recommend that you maintain your local dentist for regular check ups and hygiene to ensure you maintain optimal dental health and have seen them in the last 6-12 months,

During your impression and Design process our Registered Dentist will confirm your suitability for at home aligners.

We will monitor your movements on a weekly basis with our ScanBox to confirm suitability to move onto the next stage.

We may in some cases, require you to visit us during the your plan for attachments or IPR however this will be confirmed during design phase.

Yes, please do not throw your aligners away incase one of our Dentists advises you to return to a previous stage at any point during your plan. 

You will receive confirmation of the address that your moulds need to be sent to, please place your moulds back into the box and send back to us recorded delivery. 

You can use your whitening kit at any time, it will be sent alongside your impression kit.

We send out two sets, so you have another chance if you do not get it right the first time. We charge £25.00 if we have to send a secondary impression kit out.

Yes, our Invisible Aligners will help move any teeth back in place since removing braces.

In some cases yes our treatment can work with crowns however please advise us before we design your plan.

Our Invisible Aligners are designed to straighten your front 6-8 (excluding molars) teeth by slowly aligning them at different stages throughout your plan, each aligner will slowly start to move your teeth into position to create your perfect smile. 

Diamond Whites Invisible Aligners are designed to gradually resolve issues to your teeth such as, gaps, crooked teeth.

Diamond Whites Aligners are only suitable for customers over the age of 18.

Once your plan is approved and you have paid the remaining amount you will receive your aligners within around 10 days. If you decide to use our finance option you will receive all your aligners upfront once finance documents are signed and approved.

Every customer is different however on average plans are around 6 months.

Our Home Impression Kits can be returned within 14 days and a full refund will be provided if the item is still sealed. This includes the Home Whitening Kit that would need to be returned, unused too. A replacement will be sent if the item arrives faulty. 

Due to the aligners being a custom fitted product, we cannot offer returns unless the item is faulty.

If you are deemed not suitable for our aligners we will refund you the £99.99 or if you paid upfront to save the full amount.

As part of our design process, the appointed registered dentist would look to design your plan safely without using IPR or Attachments however if required we have our Clinic in London where you can visit for this. 

If the appointed Dentist deems you as not suitable for our Invisible Aligners you will receive the £99.99 or £1,300 initial payment back. 

In some cases yes, invisible aligners can improve overbites however it is not always possible. This will be displayed in your 3D visuals
